Agreed before work begins
The service proposal describes the work, resources, schedule, charges and conditions. Before commencement, both parties agree on the responsibilities, contact persons and reporting or handover process.
A designated contact then provides a route for questions, observations and requested adjustments — changes to the premises, operating hours or nature of the goods are discussed so the arrangement can be reviewed.
